Youth Development Program

Have a child struggling with emotional regulation or behavioral outbursts? You’re not alone. Studies found 20% of children in Utah struggle with managing their emotions. Resiliency helps teach children how to effectively identify and manage their emotions.

This six-week program helps children manage their emotions and work through triggering behaviors. Our curriculum focuses on self-esteem, awareness, mindfulness, and responsibility. We come with a trauma-informed approach and can provide a safe place for your child to grow in their social and emotional development while learning how to understand hard feelings. This is an in-person class only, snacks are provided.
