The Kid’s Zone
While visiting the Kids Zone, your child will engage in fun activities, enjoy a healthy snack or meal, and have a chance to interact with other children. Our staff is trauma-informed and is equipped to manage an array of behaviors. Childcare and crisis care are offered free for children ages 0-11.
Kid’s Zone
Details:
- Free respite childcare
- For ages 0-11 years old
- 2-hour appointments available 3 times a week
- Staff is trauma-informed and equipped to manage an array of behaviors
- Healthy meal or snack served to every child
- Fun activities, outdoor play, toys and games
- Great for job interviews, appointments, running errands, or if you just need a break
Scheduling
The Kid’s Zone is open Monday – Friday from 10am to 6pm.
The Kid’s Zone is a great resource to use when you have a job interview, need a quick trip alone to the grocery store, or need a quiet bubble bath! Families don’t have to be experiencing an emergency to utilize the Kid’s Zone. We encourage parents to utilize the Kid’s Zone before they’re overwhelmed – prevention is just as important as intervention!
